Use Windows live writer as it has a built in spell checker, and save your letter as draft.
Before you next go on line, bring up Live writer, select your letter, copy it. then shrink writer to bottom of page. Go on line, select mailbox. Select new, click to start your letter, then paste, fill in the address and subject, then send.
References :
1. Write it out in Wordpad when offline.
2. Copy and paste into your email when you're back online.
