I love the feeling of brimming with ideas and imagination. It also gives you much more versatility with your writing by throwing you a bit off-kilter. Otherwise you'd be so focused you might miss out on other perspectives, tangents and all the little details that make a good book what it is. So I say, go crazy when your writing and just get it all down, multiple books, stories, characters, multiple everything. The laborious part is hacking it all down to it's purest form when you edit it later. And trust me, editing a massive manuscript will produce better results than trying to write it all perfectly the first time. Best of luck with all your writing! I'm jealous of all your ideas! If I had a great idea that I wanted to put down to paper, I would either try to implement it into the book I'm currently writing, or, if it doesn fit, include it in another book. Don't write two at once, you will get the stories mixed up, even if it's only in the details.
